Refund policy

Bike Frame-set purchases are custom orders. You will have the opportunity to cancel or alter your order should any conditions not be to your liking. Once confirmed, your order can no longer be altered in any way - no refunds and no exchanges, other than for errors on our part.
Shop Demos are sold "as-is".

We ship Canada wide. We will ship to you at the best rate possible. Please note that shipping may vary due to size and insurance.
International customers, please contact us for a quote.

Veloholic Cycles does not directly guarantee, warrant, or endorse any of our products and rely explicitly on our manufacturers and their warranty provisions when dealing with any product failure situation. We always do our best on your behalf, but we are sometimes at the mercy of our suppliers.

Returns

Clearance merchandise 20% or more off retail price are sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Merchandise purchased in store or on veloholiccycles.com can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase with an original purchase receipt except for the following are not refundable:
- Any Carbon products
- Helmets
- Sunglasses

All merchandise must be new and returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels, and will be subject to a restocking fee. Any product that has been used, ridden in, worn, had pedal cleats mounted, will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

If there is an error with an item purchased from us, you can return it to the shop or contact us to arrange for return.
Labour fees are non-refundable.
