Bike Frame-set purchases are custom orders. You will have the opportunity to cancel or alter your order should any conditions not be to your liking. Once confirmed, your order can no longer be altered in any way - no refunds and no exchanges, other than for errors on our part.
Shop Demos are sold "as-is".
We ship Canada wide. Please note that shipping may vary due to size and insurance.

Veloholic Cycles does not directly guarantee, warrant, or endorse any of our products and rely explicitly on our manufacturers and their warranty provisions when dealing with any product failure situation. We always do our best on your behalf, but we are sometimes at the mercy of our suppliers.
Payment & Authorization
When you place an order on our website, we perform a pre-authorization hold on your payment method to verify funds. You will not be fully charged at the time of checkout. We only capture the final payment for the items that are successfully fulfilled and shipped. If any items in your order cannot be fulfilled, that portion of the pre-authorization hold will be automatically released by your financial institution.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process and prepare your items for shipment.
Courier Transit Time
Please note that handling time is separate from the courier's transit time. Once your package is handed off to the courier, delivery speed will depend on the service selected at checkout.
Returns
Sale and Clearance merchandise are sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Merchandise purchased in store or on veloholiccycles.com can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase with an original purchase receipt except for the following are not subject to exchange or refund:
- Any Carbon products
- Helmets
- Sunglasses
All merchandise must be returned in the original new selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags and labels attached. The purchaser will be responsible for the postages and restocking fee up to 30% of retail price.
If there is an error with an item purchased from us, you can return it to the shop or contact us to arrange for return.
Service and Labour fees are non-refundable.
